If you want more from your PcMars, the PcMars PLUS will add complete inventory tracking, enterprise allocation.

This enhancement to the cash basis full version of PcMars allows you to automatically increase/decrease inventory items such as corn, beans, hogs, etc. on your net worth when entering your sales and purchases. You will be able to quickly assign fair market value to your inventory to generate a complete updated net worth for any month. The inventory tracking option will allow you to track separate field production, planting, harvest dates and livestock production data.

The PcMars PLUS program also provides a simple tool to override General enterprise transaction allocations to corn, beans, hogs, etc. to easily generate complete enterprise reports.

User must have the current version of PcMars before ordering the PcMars PLUS program.

Field & Production Tracking

In the PcMars PLUS enhancement, you are able to track your grain production. This is where users record crop acreage, production and yield data. User can enter individual field data by farm name, field name and crop. This data can be entered for owned acres, rented/crop share acres and cash rented acres. User also has the capability of entering planting and harvest dates and keeping detailed notes about each field.

Monthly Crop & Feed Inventory

Users are able to keep track of crop and feed quantities on a monthly basis. It is a spreadsheet type input grid with columns for quantities going in and out of your crops and/or feeds. These inventory checks can be maintained for all of the crops and feeds you have defined.

Monthly Livestock Inventory

Users are able to keep track of livestock numbers on a monthly basis. It is a spreadsheet type input grid with columns for numbers going in and out of your livestock enterprises. These inventory checks can be maintained for all livestock enterprises you have defined. There are separate livestock checks for the breeding and market side of the business.
